The Studious Horse- March 25-26, 2017

The Studious horse is a unique clinic which combines interactive video presentations and riding.  

Jill Worman  is a USEF R judge with 30 years of experience showing and training riders in both the hunter and jumper divisions. 

There are several different ways to enjoy and learn during the weekend. 
Saturday - There will be a group flat sessions from 8:30-10:00 ( Advanced) and 10:15-11:45 ( Intermediate) with Sari Clapperton.  The Interactive Video Session will begin at 1:00PM and cover techniques to enter the ring on top,  what a judges card looks like, common mistakes, and what makes a good jumper or mover. This is a unique opportunity to learn details and ask questions of a USEF Judge. 

Sunday- Riders will be prepped by their own trainer, enter the ring and complete a course. After completing the course they will receive a score and feedback from the clinician. They will then complete the course again incorporating the feedback.  After completion of the over fences portion, A similar routine will commence for discussion of under saddles. There will be both Hunter and Equitation sections available for riders.   

Cost: $275 per rider
 Auditors: $50 for Saturday or Sunday, $75 for both days in Advance.
Auditors are welcome at the door, however the cost will be $60 for Saturday or Sunday, $100 for both days.
